We are a small team of who deal with every aspect of the Open Market (from market process requests to Settlement) and all issues that impact you and your customers.
We are available 24/7 on 0800 260 5053 to manage unplanned events as a point of contact for you or your customers. During the hours 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday we are also contactable by email at wholesaleservicecentre@dwrcymru.com.
