Disconnections
Retailer requests for Permanent or Temporary Disconnections for processes I1 and I3 should be made via the bilateral hub.
Please note that all forms must be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader
Requests for processes I2, I6, I9 and I12 should be made via the appropriate form below:
- Form I01 Retailer disconnection performed by an Accredited Entity
- Form I02 Temporary disconnection requested by the Retailer or NHH Customer and carried out by an Accredited Entity
- Form I04 Reconnection requested by the Retailer or NHH Customer and performed by an Accredited Entity
