Retailer Wholesale Group (RWG) Good Practice Guides

The purpose of the RWG is to establish workable industry led solutions to issues and promote standardisation of good practice. The group is made up of wholesalers, retailers, MOSL and CC water.

The RWG have produced several guides, with the aim to share good practice to improve the overall customer service delivered.
